Privacy policy
How NYC Property Watch uses and protects account and property information.

Information we collect
We collect the email address used for passwordless sign-in; the NYC property address and parcel identifiers selected for monitoring; Apple subscription status; notification and monitoring preferences; household invitations; corrections and support requests; service interactions; and limited crash diagnostics. We also obtain public property records and documents connected to the monitored parcel.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure the account, match and organize property records, operate daily monitoring, validate changes, deliver alerts and reports, verify subscription access, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.
Service providers
Selected providers support cloud hosting and storage, passwordless email delivery, Apple billing, push notifications, address matching, public-record access, and privacy-conscious crash diagnostics. They may process information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising or tracking.
Public records and human review
Many property records identify owners and recorded parties and are already public. NYC Property Watch organizes those records for the monitored parcel. Possible court-name matches and uncertain lien-related records are reviewed before becoming permanent in a customer report.
Retention and security
We retain account and monitoring information while the service is active and only as long afterward as reasonably necessary for security, legal, financial, and operational obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected device storage, and authenticated document access. No system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
The app lets you change notification and monitoring preferences, request an export or correction, and permanently delete your account and monitoring data. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; billing must be cancelled separately through Apple. We verify identity before fulfilling privacy requests.
This website
This marketing website has no account-registration form, payment form, or advertising analytics added by us. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and app imagery from Apple, and its hosting provider processes requests to deliver the pages. Visiting those resources sends ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to those providers. App Store and other external links take you to services governed by their own policies. Emailing support shares the information you choose to include.
